Does anyone know a good place that polishes frame and swing arm ?

Probably check with CUZZO customs off Saxon and I-4. They should be able to point you in the right direction.

Theres a shop here in town that did a polish job on a GSXR for cycle world, they did the frame and the wheels, looks really good. Dont know the name of it but they didn't charge too much to do it.
Guess that wasn't all that helpful, I used to have their business card but I can't find it.... :roll:
