Looking for a good place to just kind of ride aggressive, something to relieve stress after a day at work or something...I've done the loop a few times. I was just wondering if there were any other roads in the area like that...a good few miles.

Thanks.

this is florida....but if you ever get up towards the jacksonville area, out near a place called kingsley lake, there are some descent twisties with not a lot of traffic. the roads are good and they circle around the lakes with some good straights.

that's about all i know, unless you head west or north into georgia.

good luck!

Dave knows some good ones, (as good as they get in this area) if he cares to give them up.

Dave?

That looks like a fun ride. Looks like from Lake Mary/Heathrow, I'd just take 46 West to get onto that white route?

Hey fndrbndr, just come out on one of our Sunday rides with us, we always hit up some good roads.

Just keep an eye on the Rides section.

Love to. I'm still kind of a noob, though, 800-something miles, Coming up on a month of riding. Not sure if that and my relative lack of horsepower (Ninja 500) would be an issue trying to keep up with larger bikes and more experienced riders. What's the skill range of the riders? I know for fact I'll have the least horsepower, but it'll be a learning experience anyway, assuming I can keep up.

Thats ok, we have another guy that has been only riding a month also. And how fast you ride or can go doesnt matter, we just want everyone to ride at their level, and we wait for everyone at every turn. We have riders of all skill levels come out with us.

Sounds pretty sweet. I'll keep an eye open. I'm off next Sunday, and since things always go according to plan in the restaurant business (lol), here's hoping I can make it. Today, I may hit that sugarloaf loop from the map. It looks fun. Sadly, I spent my formative years learning to drive in the Appalachian foothills, moved to the land of straight, flat roads, THEN decided to buy a motorcycle. lol

Well you should enjoy the Sugarloaf trip. That was my first trip out with the group and I never had that much fun on my bike before. Its nice to get out of the city and go for a real ride.
